With Heads Bowed Down



Even bowed down in death, the snow-capped thistle heads hold promise of life beginning anew.

I like this photograph. In fact, I can't resist taking pictures of seed heads all the time or when I see them. It is the promise of life that appeals to me and is like us in our old age. LOL

I've gotten a bit behind in my blogging! I love the look of these! I thought that when winter came we would have less things to shoot...but winter is an adventure in photography all it's own.
