Marsh Grass

The cap of fresh snow bows the head of a stalk of marsh grass

In a few short months the lush greenery of spring will abound; but for now I am content with photographing the subtle beauty of winter.

  3. Beautiful shot Salty! Having just started during the summer with photography, I was worried that Winter would not bring many photo ops...I am happy to say that I was wrong! This is a PERFECT example!

  4. Amazing, isn't it, what a little snow does for everything. You captured it and it is beautiful.

  5. Hi Salty
Another great Country Capture for sure. Winters beauty is there alright, it dose not have to be 'Picture Postcard' stuff... this subject gets that message across.
We have had no snow as yet, but boy as it rained, some of the fields I walk are under water now.. the ground can not take more water. Where I normally see horses grazing, geese, gull, and ducks are swimming.
