Harassed

I captured this shot of what I believe to be a Red Tail Hawk while three crows were harassing it. The crows stayed far enough from the hawk that I could not capture them in the same shot. I cannot say I blame the crows for keeping their distance. If I were a crow I would stay clear of the razor sharp talons too!

Fantastic capture. I can see the power in his wings. Nice against the bright blue sky.

Great shot! One flew over me while I was out and about walking a few weeks ago.... and I was so much in awe that I forgot to raise my camera. Quick thinking on your part!!!

Grackles and other larger birds like Blue Jays will do this to Crows as well.

Nice capture Salty.. I'm sat here now scalding myself for some of the worse picture taking in a long while. I walked in a small wood between two fields today and right in front was a Red Fox... normally shy, but it stood right out in the open and looked right at me. I slowly took 5-6 pictures but for got to alter the setting. All came out blurred. I am so annoyed with myself. The Fox was a big male and looked well fed.
