The male Northern Cardinal posed nicely for his photograph while perched among the poke weed
This male Red-breasted Woodpecker is now allowing me to photograph him from about ten feet away. His perch may not give away the fact that he is sitting on a natural bird feeder but the corn grain clutched tightly in his beak tells the rest of the story.
...your capture of the Red-bellied Woodpecker is gorgeous! ...and I always love photos of Red!
I love the Red-breasted Woodpecker image. Here, in Québec, we only have one known nesting couple...and i never got close enough to get a image as awseoime as yours ;)
Very nice images!
Beautiful images. The shot of the woodpecker is fantastic!
What gorgeous images! I found your blog through other blog friends who are also your followers. I'm now a follower, too.
Wow, Coy that shot of the Woodpecker is just amazing. It's always fun to catch some tidbit in their mouth! The Cardinal is very beautiful too.
CARDINALS!!! I love them! Great shots
Beautiful Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, but oh are they naughty on our home. We are constantly having to outsmart these beauties~
I had to comment on these, Dad. They're really good.
